I am truly a lover of poetry, whether it be concious poetry, poetry about love, life or awareness. i like to see people being creative and expressing themselves lyrically and sharing their inner most thoughts in stanzas and haikus or whatever!

My Love Affair with Writing.
I fell in Love with her at a young age at a time I was going through a change mentally and physically. She came in and made a permanent home in my heart and soul. From the first time we met we connected and became one. She understood me and my ways. She read my mind and understood my words. She comforted and consoled me. She allowed me to lose myself in a perfect world that existed of only us two. She has always been there for me through all the good and bad times, heartaches and breaks, losses and gains. She reads my pain and feels my soul and heals my heart. She always lends an unbiased ear to my words and feeds back wisdom that is reflected upon her knowledge of life and love. She calms me like no human can, she listens to me when I need to express myself and eases the pain away with each word that she allows me to express to her. She holds on to my every word and reminds me often to hold true to what I have expressed to her. She is a reflection and expression of me and that’s why I love her. At times I have found it hard to find the right words to express to her how I felt and at times I’ve even neglected her, but she’s always awaiting my presence. We have only grown stronger over the years, as I grow she grows and we mature together and my love for her grows stronger. I fell in Love with her at a young age and I still love her today, My Love Affair with Writing. (c)
